Anne Whalen Gill
Anne has wide experience civil litigation, starting over 40 years ago in the trenchs of New York Supreme Court. Since then, she has worked with nationally-recognized experts to present their insights in litigation. Anne has developed exceptional analytical and writing skills, both in appeals and co-counseling with trial lawyers on dispositive motions.
After working inside the Colorado Court of Appeals as a staff attorney, where she partnered with Judge Leonard Plank to write the first edition of Colorado Appellate Law and Practice, Anne opened the first appellate practice boutique in Colorado.
Anne has litigated a wide range of appeals, from access roads to zoning disputes. She particularly enjoys constitutional issues, including Second Amendment, due process, Miranda warnings, and parental rights.
